Babybean- a king trying to bask in all his glory

This is a photo series created during my second year at university. We revisited the storytelling unit during this time, and for my project, I chose to tell the story of my friend Ollie.

Ollie is from Ramsgate, located in the southeast of England. He began making music in 2020 during the lockdown to pass the time, and he quickly became comfortable on the mic. However, during the lockdown, he experienced health issues related to his COVID-19 vaccination, which resulted in some heart complications.

In this series, I captured studio portraits of Ollie and created an interview-style zine. In the zine, I asked him questions about his music and his life since facing these health challenges.
